Services

How does it work?

Scroll down to find out how you can use our services.

1. Have a look at our offers!

The pre-calculated price list gives you the average price of the services. If you can’t find the right one for your project, fear not! Your project will be priced individually.

2. Contact us

Once you know the expected prices, please contact us. Please include in your message a broad description of the nature of your project, the scientific question, and any relevant literature.

3. Let’s set up a meeting!

Our dedicated team will promptly reach out to you within the next 1-3 working days. Together, we can arrange an online meeting that fits seamlessly into your schedule.

4. Discuss the project

An online meeting will give us a detailed insight into the project, so that we can send you analysis plans and a final quote that fits your needs and ideas.

5. Sending the final offer

With utmost transparency, we present a comprehensive breakdown of the cost, item by item. You will also receive a detailed description of what you will receive at the end of a successful collaboration.

6. Contracting

If you accept the offer sent, we will conclude the contract and start analysing the data sent by the experts assigned to your project.

7. Keeping in touch

We stay in touch throughout the collaboration. We will report on the current state of the analysis in pre-arranged meetings or emails, and have the opportunity to brainstorm together on directions.

8. Delivering the final results

The final results of the analysis are stored in a Google Drive folder, where you can access them at any time. If an application, or an interactive visualisation platform is included in the results, we will discuss the hosting.

Precalculated price list

Most projects can be categorised into different types. For these, we have precalculated quotations. If you’ve found the one that might apply to you, take a look at the price list.
